Maqna Patrol helps you in managing security patrols in several areas at a time. Aside from controlling the division of tasks of each officer in each region, Maqna Patrol also provides reports on various incidents that occurred in the patrol area as recorded by the Patrol officer.

Maqna Patrol has its own user security system called User Management System. This feature is used to restrict and classify software users into user groups. User rights are regulated based on the authority to access menus, add, edit, delete or access rights to print documents. Only users registered with the user management system have access to the programme. Using user management will increase the security of data stored in Maqna Patrol Software. 

Maqna Patrol provides reports that make it easy for users to control patrols. These reports include:

• Patrol Equipment Report - contains information for equipment used in patrolling, including: Station, Reader, Sites, Event Book, Defined Tags and Post. 

• Tours Profile - provides information from the Tour master. 

• Patrolman Profile - provides information from the Patrolman master. 

• Patrolman’s Post Schedule - provides information on patrolman registration in accordance with their respective posts. 

• Tours Guide - contains information about touring, including locations and patrol officers. This report is divided into 2 (two) types, including; Template and Actual. On the Template report you can see the tour template report for each plan, while in the Actual report you can see a list of tours per day from each location. 

• Downloaded Patrol Log - provides a list of patrol logs that are retrieved and stored in the application database.

• Patrol Report - allows you to see the patrol tour of a location, whether each location is monitored, the exact time or event in that location, along with information on the time of the event. 

• Unmatched Patrol Report - shows data or log that is not in accordance with the existing plan.
